Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday
The HR Operations Partner is responsible for providing HR support to operational managers across their region within the assigned contract where required; and will support the HR Business Partner with wider HR projects, workstreams and initiatives.
The HR Operations Partner will build and maintain trusted working relationships with operational managers across the business to ensure that HR needs are not just met, but that they are delivered with excellent levels of service, at optimal cost and through working in partnership with operational management colleagues at all times.
This role will support our Security business division.
