MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
  • Five years minimum experience, or combined experience, in data reporting, analytics, and human resources
  • Commitment to compliance and integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to independently organize work, prioritize to meet deadlines, make timely decisions, and with sound judgment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills, with the ability to capture and document processes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, support a remote workforce, and operate with flexibility in a fast-changing environment
  • Basic knowledge of human resources programs and specific regulations relative to human resources
Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate culture that emphasizes responsiveness, innovation, diversity, and excellence
  • Process a variety of employment-related changes within HRIS systems, including employee status changes, database updates, pay changes, employee information, and other confidential employee data; ensure proper maintenance of confidential employee information
  • Improve the employee user experience and drive a self-service model across various platforms
  • Manage employee recognition programs and service awards programs
  • Facilitate Company response to unemployment claims and verification of employment
  • Manage ABC Licensing for the sales team, including renewals
  • Coordinate region-wide projects and process improvement initiatives to drive HR operational excellence
  • Collaborate with peers and colleagues from other functions and centers of expertise (COEs) to seek support for projects, identify, and allocate resources for projects
  • Identify external resources and benchmarking opportunities to share
  • Consult with HR and business partners to identify opportunities to provide the most relevant and actionable data and insights
  • Work with business partners to help them interpret and make decisions based on relevant data and analysis
  • Positively and professionally represent the organization
  • Compile with organizational policies regarding ethical business practices
  • Contribute to additional HR Operations projects and culture initiatives
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
