Job Description Key Responsibilities • Ensure proper maintenance of payroll / HR documentation • Manage LOC benefits (including benefits administration and benefits vendors contract management (e.g. medical and life insurance) • Lead the annual HR related budgeting process for the LOC (headcount, payroll and benefit budgets) and control its execution • Implement and maintain personal data privacy initiatives with regards to employees data privacy • Be the full cycle HR business partner for the respective departments; • Develop and implement HR SOPs related to HR docs, payroll, benefits, data privacy, always look for automatization, digitalization, etc; Requirements • At least 5 years of confirmed experience as HR Business Partner and/or Manager in Compensations and Benefits or HR Administration; • Pharma experience is a plus • Experience of supporting a complex global matrix organization; • Higher education; • Fluent Russian and English • Special knowledge, skills and experience: • Clear understanding of the link between company strategy and HR processes; • Solid understanding of country labour laws and HR administration and documentation principles; • Experience in forecasting personnel costs and cost control within the approved budget; • Relevant experience and knowledge of key compensation and benefits concepts, policies and practices; • Excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits vendors; • Strong networking skills in building effective cross-functional relationships at both local and regional levels; • Analytical skills and ability to analyze statistics and financial information; • Strong written and verbal presentation skills; • Genuine interest in people, open- and curious-mindedness. • Advanced user of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Workday, AI, always looking for digitalization.
