Description:
Precision Door Service (PDS) is seeking an experienced HR Ops & Payroll Manager who will advise and problem solve using business insights on wide variety of payroll & people operations including multi-state payroll administration, benefits administration and HR shared services to name a few. As a compliance expert, you’ll stay abreast of both payroll & employment laws. As a technology & systems expert, you’ll own the HR and Payroll system management, people data and be the point of contact for information, reporting and metrics. You’ll lead a team of Payroll & HR professionals ensuring the highest levels of service for our people throughout the employee lifecycle. In your spare time, you’ll help on a variety of small and major HR initiatives that will be fun, challenging, and make a giant impact.
