We are looking for a strong HR Operations & People Partner to take full ownership of our HR infrastructure while acting as a true partner across the organization. This role combines building and optimizing HR systems and data with leading core people processes such as performance, talent mapping, and retention. Working closely with the VP HR, this is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build rather than maintain. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and executing both HR systems and people processes end-to-end, ensuring scalability, data accuracy, and strong organizational impact. We’re looking for a plug-and-play profile with strong systems expertise, high ownership, and the ability to quickly understand needs and drive execution from day one. Responsibilities: HR Operations / Systems Conduct a full audit of HR systems (data consistency, missing fields, data accuracy) Clean, standardize, and optimize HR data (compensation, equity, employee data, etc.) Build and maintain automated, recurring reports Establish data governance and best practices for data management Improve and streamline HR processes (onboarding, data maintenance, reporting) Work with system vendors and account managers to maximize system capabilities HR Partnering / Talent Management Lead the annual performance review cycle end-to-end Build and manage leveling frameworks and evaluation processes Conduct talent mapping and identify high performers Design and implement retention and development programs Partner closely with the VP HR and managers to drive people processes and decisions Execute HR strategy on the ground Requirements 2-5 years of experience in HR (HR Ops / HRP / People Ops) Proven experience in HR systems optimization and data management Experience in supporting performance and talent management processes Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail High level of independence and ownership Experience working with managers and driving processes cross-functionally Experience in a fast-growing organization – an advantage Who You Are Able to combine systems thinking with strong interpersonal skills Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented Comfortable working independently without close guidance Able to translate strategy into execution in creative ways If you feel like you are the right fit for us, and this is an opportunity you would like to explore-let us know.
