The role The HR Operations Project Manager will play a central role in shaping and executing the evolution of the HR operating model across IPL Schoeller. This role is responsible for supporting operational HR transformation and in parallel, the role will line manage and develop the Group HR Administrator, ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery of core HR administrative processes. The organisation is evolving toward and requires support in: · A 3-pillar HR model: o Strategic HR Business Partnering o Scalable Shared Services o Centres of Excellence · Digitised and standardised HR processes enabled by IFS Cloud · A globally aligned reward and compliance framework · Data-led decision making and business relevant metrics · Regulatory readiness, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring a blend of operational HR expertise, transformation capability, and people leadership. Key Responsibilities include: HR Operating Model Transformation · Support implementation of the target HR operating model · Redesign end-to-end HR processes aligned to this structure · Support transition from fragmented, site-led activity to structured delivery Process Standardisation & Service Design · Define and implement standardised global HR processes · Drive efficiency, automation, and consistency · Embed new ways of working and deliver supporting documentation, training, SOP’s and drop-in sessions as required Transformation Delivery (Hands-On) · Support delivery of key initiatives including: o Digital onboarding solution o Global policy and contract standardisation o Benefits alignment and harmonisation o Reward framework implementation HR Systems & Data Foundations · Champion adoption and optimisation of IFS Cloud as the single source of truth in partnership with HR System Manager · Align processes to system capability and not vice versa · Support development of fit-for-purpose HR KPIs · Improve data governance and integrity in conjunction with HR Data Manager Stakeholder Integration & Change Execution · Act as a connector across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and external partners · Support adoption of new operating model and processes · Drive accountability, clarity, and pace across initiatives without adding complex structures or reporting requirements. Qualifications and Experience Experience Over five years’ experience in HR transformation, HR operations, or HR programme delivery Proven experience in process standardisation and/or shared services environments Demonstrated capability in managing and developing junior team members Strong operational HR expertise, with hands-on experience beyond purely project-based roles Systems knowledge, with experience in IFS Cloud or similar platforms considered advantageous If you have the above experience and are looking for a role where you can make a real difference, apply today to find out more!
