The Role We are hiring an HR Operations & Recruitment Manager to support the growth of our Europe business. This role is based in the Netherlands and requires regular on-site presence. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on recruitment across multiple European countries, alongside responsibility for day-to-day HR operations in the Netherlands. The role also coordinates HR matters for other European countries through Employer of Record (EOR) partners. It suits someone who enjoys active hiring, practical problem-solving, and running HR operations in a small, fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment * Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Europe as hiring needs arise * Build and maintain talent pipelines to support business growth * Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and run structured interview processes * Actively source candidates and manage recruitment partners where appropriate * Coordinate offers, contracts, and onboarding with internal and external stakeholders HR Operations * Manage day-to-day HR operations for employees based in the Netherlands * Handle employment contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, and offboarding * Support managers on routine employee relations and performance matters * Maintain clear, practical HR processes and documentation * Identify HR risks early and escalate complex cases appropriately Europe Coordination (via EOR) * Coordinate HR matters for employees in other European countries through EOR providers * Act as the main point of contact between managers, EOR partners, and the global HR team * Support consistency and clarity in HR processes across countries What We’re Looking For * Hands-on HR experience in the Netherlands * Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment as part of a broader HR role * Practical understanding of HR operations and employment fundamentals * Comfortable working independently in a small team environment * Clear, pragmatic communicator with sound judgment * Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Why This Role * Clear ownership of recruitment for a growing Europe business * Responsibility for stable HR operations in the Netherlands * Close partnership with the global HR team * Opportunity to grow with the business as Europe scales
