Description
Lead operational risk management (e.g., FMEA) to identify, assess, and mitigate risks; Lead internal audits and facilitate external process audits, address findings, drive corrective actions and readiness for certification processes. Ensure adherence to KPIs, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions to maintain process reliability. Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize service delivery, implement operational improvements, and enable data-driven decision making that enhances organizational efficiency and service quality. Provide strategic support to HR Business Partners by analyzing processes, identifying operational gaps, and recommending solutions to improve service delivery and compliance. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and certifying bodies, ensuring seamless coordination, addressing findings, and maintaining trust and transparency in all operational and compliance matters. Department Work Timing: Flexible based on time-zones supported requirement Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred. 15+ years in operational excellence, as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. 5+ years in leadership roles, partnering with CXOs and managing cross-functional teams. 3+ years in HR Shared Services, with proven expertise in operational risk, data governance, Lean transformation, and process improvement initiatives (Kaizen, workshops, automation). Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Minitab, and JMP. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and align operational strategies with business objectives. Leadership: Inspire, guide, and mentor teams through complex transformation initiatives. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and statistical analysis capabilities. Communication: Effective at presenting to senior leadership and engaging stakeholders. Change Management: Experienced in driving cultural and organizational transformation. Lean Six Sigma Master/Black Belt (MUST). PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred). Knowledge of ISO-9001 standards and compliance/audit frameworks.
