Description
🌍 We’re taking on the crusty global cyber market, the "no-BS" security platform for devs. In the past, only large enterprises needed to worry about security. Today, cybersecurity has become the top concern of all CEOs, from startups to enterprises. This means more work for developers, who need to become security experts and ensure their platforms are secure. But it’s hard. The market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren’t fit for developers. So, we founded Aikido. We are the no-bullsh*t security platform that developers actually like to use. One central platform that shows devs what matters and how to fix it, so they can get back to building. Why work with us? Founded in 2022 by third-time serial founders, with $25M funding in the bank, we're dead set on getting security done for devs. This is a chance to join an all-star team early, take ownership, and push boundaries. Aikido is scaling fast. We are 150 people today and expect to grow to 300 in the next 24 months. HR tasks like contracts, onboarding, payroll, and employee admin are currently shared across managers, recruiters, and leadership. We are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to support and structure these processes, with Belgium as our main base. Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations (payroll, contracts and compliance), mainly for Belgium Act as the go-to person for employee admin questions (vacation attestations, local labor rules, visa sponsorship, etc.) Smooth onboarding/offboarding Help manage employee benefits, including Belgian programs like Olympus Mobility, Easyvest group insurance, Monizze eco and meal vouchers, and Alan healthcare, plus equivalents in other countries Work with HR tools and vendors such as Oyster, Rippling, and local payroll partners Coordinate with legal and HR partners when questions come up around compliance or local employment rules Report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with recruiters and managers to keep people operations running smoothly Good HR and payroll expertise in Belgium, with US process experience as a strong plus. Familiar with global HR ops (contracts, benefits, compliance, in different regions) Practical, organized, detail-driven Tech-savvy with HR tools (Officient, Rippling, Oyster, Recruitee, etc.) Clear, strong communicator and eager to learn What you can expect High-impact position in a fast-growing company Competitive salary package A company that sticks to their values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture-page on the website for more details) A diverse and inclusive organization that is proud to be an equal opportunity employer Flexibility in working hours You will be recruited based on competencies.
