REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2/3 years’ experience in HR
  • Fluency in German and excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role, with strong knowledge of German documentation and HR processes.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks and maintaining HR systems.
  • A strong team player who collaborates effectively with others and contributes to team success.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Ensure compliance with German labour laws and regulations by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of HR-related documentation including contracts, changes, job references and terminations.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within HR operations and recommend solutions.
  • Foster a positive team dynamic by engaging with colleagues and contributing to team goals.
