EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or an equivalent HR support function
  • Experience in a ticket-based support model (e.g., ServiceNow, Oracle)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to interpret trends and use data to inform decisions
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Effective time management and prioritization

  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, and ServiceNow preferred

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, Oracle, UKG and iCIMS
  • Exposure to process improvement, system transitions, or project-based work
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, job architecture, and organizational structure

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across HR Shared Services, providing high-quality support across a broad range of HR functions, including benefits, payroll, time off, and more
  • Resolve complex inquiries as the first point of escalation, reducing reliance on leadership intervention
  • Identify inefficiencies and process failures, using data insights to recommend employee-focused improvements
  • Support onboarding tasks, including employment eligibility and HR data processing
  • Conduct quality reviews of case handling and transactions, sharing insights and coaching to support continuous learning
  • Maintain data accuracy through timely transaction processing and regular audits across HR systems
  • Partner with HRBPs, generalists, managers, and COEs to deliver aligned, scalable HR services
  • Contribute to projects and change initiatives, including system transitions and policy/process updates
  • Coach and mentor peers, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and operational consistency
  • Apply knowledge of HR policy, compliance, and organizational structure to ensure appropriate resolutions and escalation decisions
  • Collaborate with leadership on SOP maintenance, documentation, and process harmonization
  • Actively participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts that shape our Shared Services model
  • Lead with a service-first mindset, building trust in every interaction
