Your mission Betreuung der HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen, Briefen und Arbeitszeugnissen unter Einhaltung der arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen über das HR Ticketing System. Unterstützung in laufenden HR-Projekte, beispielsweise in Digitalisierungsinitiativen und Prozessoptimierungen Verantwortung für Teilprojekte, z. B. Erstellung von Standard Operating Procedures und Guidelines Betreuung internationaler Mitarbeitender bei Visa-, Arbeitsgenehmigungs- und Relocation-Prozessen für eine reibungslose Integration Your profile mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Operations Manager und in der HR Administration Erfahrung mit Human Resource Information Systems (Personio, Workday oä) und Reporting-Tools; spezifische Erfahrung als Power User (gn) wünschenswert Hohe Sorgfalt und Detailorientierung, um bei allen Aufgaben Genauigkeit zu gewährleisten Hands-on-Mentalität, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und souveränes, diskretes Auftreten im Umgang mit allen Stakeholdern Sehr gute Englisch- & Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Why us?
