THE OPPORTUNITY

As our HR Operations Specialist , you’ll own and shape the HR services for our teams across a diverse and dynamic region: the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, India, Turkey, and South Africa. You’ll be the trusted first point of contact for our employees, responsible for creating a seamless and positive experience while expertly navigating the unique complexities of each country’s labour laws and regulations.
This role is a critical blend of operational expertise and hands-on payroll management. You’ll be responsible for everything from answering daily inquiries to executing flawless, multi-country payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step. Your goal is to deliver exceptional value by fostering a supportive environment and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement across this challenging and exciting region, including revamping our regional onboarding process and supporting employee career growth and development.
