Description
Demonstrated HR Operations experience (ideally 5–10 years), with knowledge of Swiss HR processes. Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Human Resources is desirable
Strong understanding of HR administration, employee documentation, and compliance requirements, with the ability to learn and apply Swiss employment law and regulatory topics accurately
A hands-on and proactive mindset, with confidence managing both recurring operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to work efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain quality in a dynamic environment
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and handle sensitive or challenging situations with empathy and discretion
