About the Role The HR Operations Specialist is the operational backbone of the HR function, responsible for ensuring that all people-related processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with local regulations. This role manages the process related, technical, and data-driven aspects of HR, enabling the broader People team to focus on strategic initiatives and employee growth. You will own core HR systems and workflows, support the full employee lifecycle, and act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related topics. Key Responsibilities HR Data, Systems & Processes Own and maintain employee data across HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data security Create update letters and documentation for employees with relevant information (Abroad visits, termination letters, etc). Improve and support onboarding and termination processes Work with the HR team on cross company initiatives such as recognition programs, events, etc. Travel management - supports org travel system and flyers Process & Workflow Optimization Design, document, and continuously improve HR workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and performance cycles Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions as the company grows Compliance Support Support audits (such as SOC2) and ensure adherence to internal policies and legal requirements Employee Support Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, processes, systems, and tools Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to employee inquiries Requirements Proven experience in HR Operations, People Operations, experience with HR Systems or a similar role. Experience with Hibob - big advantage. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential information Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees across levels and functions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment Impact on the Business By ensuring that payroll, data, systems, and compliance operate seamlessly, the HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in building trust and stability across the organization.
