WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking a medior to senior HR Operations Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a central point of contact for employees, addressing their daily HR questions and challenges.
You will play a key part in ensuring our HR processes are smooth and efficient, providing excellent support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle for our entities in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, and the UK. You’ll collaborate closely with our House of Talent (our Core HR team), managers, and the board.
Your role is to act as a liaison between managers and employees, ensuring clear communication and the swift resolution of all queries. You will also own / be responsible for daily HR activities and coordinate a variety of HR topics, including employee administration, sick leave management, migration questions, permits, and advising on culture. Since every employee at Sendcloud will interact with you at some point, you’ll be a key member of everyone’s team.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Be a trusted point of contact: You will be the go-to person for our employees, providing timely and accurate support on a wide range of HR questions, from benefits and leave policies to payroll queries.
  • Manage HR administration: You’ll be responsible for managing essential HR tasks, including employee data management, preparing HR documents, and maintaining accurate records in our HRIS HiBob for all our entities.
  • Facilitate the employee journey: You will help manage key HR processes such as onboarding new hires, supporting leavers, and administering employee changes and updates across our different locations.
  • Ensure compliance: You’ll ensure that all HR activities and documentation are compliant with our policies and legal requirements, with a particular focus on Dutch Labour Law. You will also proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our processes.
  • Collaborate on HR projects: You will assist the HR team with various projects aimed at improving our HR services, employee engagement, and overall efficiency.
  • Maintain data accuracy: You will be responsible for the integrity of our HR data, ensuring all information is current and accurate for reporting and analysis.
  • Continuously improve: You’ll use a proactive mindset to identify ways we can streamline our processes, improve our HR services, and better support our employees.
