Tamheer Ref.: 24769240 Job Description: Implement procedures, systems, and templates related to monitoring employee attendance, contribute to and oversee the application of sick leave and emergency leave policies and procedures, update employee-related information, and handle their complaints and inquiries professionally. Additionally, prepare, present, and maintain specialized documents and reports related to Human Resources Operations. Tasks: Implement procedures, systems, and templates related to monitoring branch employees’ attendance and all types of leave, and update templates when necessary. Also, apply the attendance monitoring system and ensure compliance with official working hours. Apply policies and procedures related to annual, sick, emergency, and other types of leave as per the approved leave policy. Implement procedures related to promotions, secondments, and end-of-service, and record all employee-related transactions in accordance with approved systems and procedures. Handle employee complaints, feedback, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner, and escalate issues to the department manager effectively when necessary. Update employee-related information and provide it to the Employee Services team by recording and documenting all relevant data such as promotions, training courses, salaries, and benefits. Prepare specialized documents and reports related to HR operations, provide appropriate recommendations and solutions, present and clarify them, and ensure they are properly maintained in the relevant database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
