We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised HR Operations Specialist/Coorindator to join our UK HR team. If you have HR experience, a drive to develop, and a passion for improving how things work, this role offers a great opportunity to grow within a supportive HR function. You’ll play a key role in day‑to‑day HR operations, including visa coordination, responding to HR queries, managing benefits engagement, maintaining employee records, supporting exit interviews, and contributing to employee engagement and recognition activities.
Area of Responsibility
· Be the go‑to HR contact, offering friendly and timely support to employees, resolving queries where you can, and escalating where topics need specialist attention.
· Visa & Right‑to‑Work coordination—keeping processes on track, managing applications, renewals and compliance checks, communicating clearly with employees, and using your initiative to spot and flag potential issues early
· Support our benefits programme—co‑ordinating processes, managing benefits for starters and leavers, liaising with providers, assisting employees with queries, and arranging engaging benefits sessions
· Help bring our culture to life—co‑ordinating long‑service awards, recognition activities, employee events, communications, and supporting actions from survey feedback
· Coordinate smooth offboarding experiences, conduct exit interviews, and spot trends that help shape ongoing improvements.
· Employee file management—keeping records up to date, organised, and fully compliant with documentation requirements
As the role grows, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as Employee Relations casework, HR project support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge / Experience
· Previous HR experience as an HR Administrator/Advisor/Coordinator who is comfortable with operational tasks as well as supporting on HR related projects.
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Proactive approach, with a desire to improve processes and ways of working as you go
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
· Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information
· Experience with the Home Office Sponsor Management System (SMS) would be an advantage.
