Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals within the Italian market. Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local employment practices. Facilitate effective communication and foster strong employee relations, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives tailored to the Italian context. Manage and maintain local HR information systems and administrative processes. Design and deliver targeted employee development and training programs to enhance skills and performance. Advise on compensation & benefits, performance management, and organizational design for the Italian region. Your profile All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field. 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment. Proven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships. Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required Familiarity with HR communication and reporting tools is a plus. Why us?
