As part of our P&C Operations team in Germany, you’ll support a variety of stakeholders, ensure process excellence, and drive continuous improvement. From resolving complex queries and managing key operational projects to leading change and coaching your team—you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our people processes running efficiently and compliantly.
