About the Role

We are seeking a HR Operations Team Lead to join our People and Culture team! This role is responsible for providing expert workplace relations advice and support across Uplyft, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments and organisational policies.

Working closely with our People and Culture Team, this role will have the opportunity to provide high-level workplace relations advice to our leaders on employee matters, interpret and apply employment legislation, Awards and Agreements and working within Uplyft policies and procedures.
