OUR CLIENT IS OPEN TO SUPPORT TOWARDS A CIPD QUALIFICATION VIA THE APPRENTICESHIP ROUTE.
The focus of this role will be to manage the new brand’s employee relations cases with the support of your reports as well as the wider group. You will also enjoy mentoring and coaching the HR administrators, ensuring the new business aligns with the wider ways of working from a people perspective and longer term may have the opportunity to support across other brands within the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading on complex employee relations cases and is comfortable in managing an HR Admin function. Strong UK employment law knowledge is a must, as well as ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business needs in a busy and complex working environment.
