Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly reliable HR Operations Student / Temporary employee to join our People Centers of Excellence team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across HR operations, administration, and data management in a dynamic, global environment, with strong exposure to multiple HR functions and significant growth potential. This is a part-time role with a commitment of 3 full days per week, working on-site at our office. What You’ll Do Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and off boarding. Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS systems. Handle sensitive employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Ensure data accuracy through validation, quality checks, and ongoing maintenance. Provide administrative and operational support across HR functions, including HRGP, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related administrative and procedural inquiries Support the generation and maintenance of HR data and reports for internal stakeholders What You Bring 2nd-year student or above (with at least 2 years of studies remaining), or equivalent relevant work experience Availability for 3 full working days per week, office-based High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong sense of ownership and self-quality control Ability to handle sensitive information with full discretion Organized and structured approach to tasks Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Fluent English (written and verbal) Prior experience with HRIS systems - an advantage As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live.
