Job Description As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing HR processes, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll contribute to the success of the People Operations team by driving key projects and collaborating across teams to create efficient, people-focused solutions. In your day-to-day, you will: • Manage and lead complex HR projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery • Improve and optimize HR processes related to the employee lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and alignment across locations and departments • Take ownership of specific operational aspects within the people group, such as budget management, relocation, onboarding, and other employee journey-related domains Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in HR, operations, program or project management, or people management • Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders • A can-do approach and innovation mindset, with the ability to embrace and implement new AI tools • Technical proficiency with project management tools and software like PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets • Independent self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance • Experience working in a global environment, collaborating across various languages and cultures Additional Information We are the People Operations Team at Wix, dedicated to achieving operational excellence within the People Department.
