Job Description As a HR Operations Trainee, you will be involved with: Support in administrative HR tasks (admissions, work contracts, salary alterations, legal documentation); Collaborate in the payroll process; Support in the management of IEFP trainees; Update and maintain the employee's database and reporting dashboards (headcount, turnover, costs, etc); Participation in the onboarding process, including documentation and integration of new joiners; Support in the management of the attendance system (monitoring schedules, vacations, absences and adaptability plans); Collaborate in the preparation of internal and external audits (documentation, evidence, compliance); Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR Operations processes. Qualifications Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar; Knowledge on the work legislation and basic notions regarding payroll; Good knowledge in Excel and HR digital tools will be an asset; Good English skills (written and spoken); Good communication skills and team player attitude. Eligible to do an IEFP internship (mandatory). Responsibilities

As a HR Operations Trainee, you will support various administrative HR tasks, collaborate in payroll processes, and assist in onboarding new employees. You will also manage attendance systems and contribute to the digitalization of HR operations.
