YOUR PROFILE:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in HR or related functions preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in HR data analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) - min B2 .
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

• Support HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding.
• Assist with HR data analytics to generate insights and improve decision-making.
• Help implement and manage HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Program managing employee engagement initiatives.
• Work on HR people analytics, gathering and analyzing key workforce data.
• Assist with general HR administration, including documentation and process optimization.
