Description

As the HR Ops Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving both operational excellence and strategic growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Elevating HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR systems, benefits, HRIS, and compliance with MOM regulations and internal policies - while continuously streamlining workflows and enhancing employee experience.
  • Shaping HR Strategy: Align HR policies, programs, and initiatives with business objectives to strengthen both employee engagement and organizational performance.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring for certain positions and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Driving Employee Experience: Lead initiatives on engagement, recognition, and wellness—championing inclusion, trust, autonomy, and people-first values across the organization.
  • Leadership Support & Communication: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guide managers on people matters, and foster clear, consistent internal communication.
  • Culture Ambassador: Organize regular company all-hands meetings to strengthen transparency between the leadership team and employees.
  • Hands-On Generalist: Move seamlessly between strategy and execution—whether reviewing policies or rolling up your sleeves to support HR events.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced & Strategic: 5+ years of HR experience combining operational expertise with strategic thinking, ideally in Singapore’s tech sector.
  • Contextually Fluent: Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR operations, and frameworks, with the ability to design practices that are compliant and impactful.
  • People-First & Trusted: Recognized for your approachability, confidentiality, and dependability; a pragmatic yet strategic mindset, ready to lead in a lean, agile setting.
