QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Primary degree preferably in a related discipline
• Formal project management qualification or certification
• 7+ years experience in project or Change management roles
• Proven experience in job architecture, organisational design, or workforce transformation projects would be desirable.
• Strong history of managing programme governance, planning, and reporting across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-departmental collaboration and delivery.
• Familiarity with structured change management approaches and business adoption strategies.
