HR Partner
Full Time – Permanent Contract
Based in Ballymount, Dublin or Gorey, Co. Wexford

We are currently recruiting a HR Partner to join our HR Team on a permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to work 37 hours per week as part of a busy HR Team and to gain valuable hands-on HR experience and skills development.

Operating in partnership with frontline services, the HR partner will provide professional HR support and guidance to each of the services within their assigned area of support.
Responsibility for ensuring compliance with employment law and regulations.
Commitment to achieving excellence and continuous improvement in standards and the delivery of operational HR solutions.
Proactive engagement with Trade Unions in the interests of promoting and maintaining a positive industrial relations climate and resolution of complex employee relations issues.
The successful candidate will possess a 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or other HR-related qualification and will be CIPD accredited. They will also have at least 2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist/Coordinator, HR Partner, HR Officer role and experience of working in a unionised environment would be an advantage. Experience of using HR systems is essential.
In addition, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
Prior experience of conducting or supporting workplace investigations and preparing for third party hearings is desirable but not essential.
The role will involve travel nationally and as such the candidate will need to have a current driver’s licence, their own vehicle and be willing to travel for work.
