The HR Partner, Compensation and Benefits Sr. Analyst is a highly impactful role partnering with key business leaders and HR Partners to manage, design and administer broad-based compensation and benefits programs focused primarily in EMA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). This position will keep up-to-date on market practices, liaise with vendors and benefit brokers, conduct analytics, and develop best in class compensation and benefits programs and tools. This position will also serve as the subject matter expert for compensation and benefit matters for EMA.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with business leaders and HR Partners on compensation and benefits needs in EMA
  • Review global compensation programs and structures for regional market-competitiveness and provide recommendations for effective change
  • Review global and regional benefits programs and coordinate with local vendors and benefit brokers to ensure programs are aligned with market competitiveness, including helping process annual benefit renewals for countries in your region
  • Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking process to ensure jobs are correctly aligned to global structures
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business partners on data analytics and provide consulting on best practices in compensation and benefits program management
  • monitoring new or revised laws and regulations for impact to regional compensation and benefits programs
  • Partner within global compensation and benefits team to assist with strategy, design, planning, assessment and administration of compensation and benefits projects as needed, including Mergers & Acquisitions and restructuring
  • Coordinate communication and change-management plans with local business leaders
  • Assist with program administration and escalated associate issues within EMA
  • Other duties as assigned
