As an HR Partner (m/f/d) at Sentronics Metrology in Mannheim, you will take on a key role in managing and leading human resources activities and systems. You will work closely with the HR, Account, and Finance departments as well as the HQ HR Managers. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR standards and play a crucial role in the success of our company. Join our team now!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Partner role within a global organization, and experience in fast-paced or dynamic industries.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with expertise in a multicultural corporate environment and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success and experience in delivering innovative development programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to various levels within the organization.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, a strong understanding of local HR laws and regulations, and a proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving. Coaching/assessment certifications or similar are a plus.

  • You collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, providing insights on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • You lead the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and selection, while working closely with hiring managers to meet team needs.
  • You implement and maintain HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and advising leadership on legal considerations.
  • You foster a positive and inclusive work environment through recognition plans, team-building activities, and well-being events to enhance engagement and retention.
  • You address HR issues, ensure fair application of policies, support career growth initiatives, manage change effectively, and use HR analytics to inform decision-making.
