REQUIRED SKILLS:

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for WCH, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a thriving organizational culture. Working closely with functional leaders at both local and global levels, you will deliver world-class HR solutions while addressing unique site-specific needs. This role is integral to driving long-term people goals, overseeing HR programs, and providing advisory support for organizational changes. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People & Organization Development, and HR Shared Services to implement HR services and programs that meet business demands and adhere to corporate guidelines and local regulations. As an HRBP, you will lead engagement initiatives, contribute to cultural projects, and ensure alignment across the organization, making a significant impact on the success of your site and the broader business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, and talent profiling for new hires.
  • Guide organizational planning and change initiatives by identifying solutions and supporting teams through transitions.
  • Lead performance management processes, including talent reviews, development conversations, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to managers on addressing complex challenges such as low performance, inappropriate behavior, and long-term sickness.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local reporting requirements and corporate policies.
  • Identify organizational capabilities and talent pipelines required to execute business strategies, supporting leaders in fostering effective teams.
  • Maintain alignment with global HR approaches while ensuring cross-functional regional collaboration.
  • Develop staffing strategies to address competency gaps and enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on human capital initiatives.
  • Lead and drive engagement, capability-building, and cultural projects at the site level.
  • Participate in global and regional HR projects, contributing to multidisciplinary teams and initiatives.
