Description
Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for UK and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations). HR documents preparation. Customer service (via SNOW system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters. Liaise with other Teams where appropriate. Partner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Country HR Officers (CHROs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR Offboarding solutions. Ensure escalated client/employee issues are resolved with urgency, and employment policies and practices are interpreted consistently. Perform key activities within the Offboarding teams systems, such as RMS (Reduction in Force Management System) update/maintenance; IRM (Imaging and Records Management) update; SNOW (Service Now) queue management and reporting; solicitor invoice handling; etc. Previous relevant experience preferred. Advantage is at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations or other highly administrative roles. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Very good knowledge of English. Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
