Job Description We are looking for an HR Admin with a strong focus in payroll and employee data management. You will be able to integrate a very dynamic environment and have the opportunity to be part of other internal HR Projects. What you’ll do: Keep track of all HR master data in our HR management tool, as well as in our HR files and ensure their availability, timeliness, and quality. Prepare payroll data for monthly payroll processing according with the proposed calendar. Perform the calculation and monthly payroll. Compute and process time attendance data, retroactive adjustments and special payments. Ensure the monthly maps related to payroll are sent to the relevant departments. Manage and keep Social Security Portal with accurate data and ensure all communication of monthly information with Portuguese authorities in a timely manner. Answer employee enquires about the monthly payroll and payslips, and resolve any issues as required. Ensure continuous improvement and be responsible for process digitalization in the HR administrative area. Conduct regular validations of payroll data to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Prepare and distribute various HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compensation analysis. Qualifications Degree in HR, business administration, psychology or similar field. Fluency in English. Experience with Payroll Administration. Strong proficiency with productivity tools like Microsoft Excel. Understanding of payroll requirements, Portuguese labor law and fiscal regulations. Proactive, quality oriented and team player. Ability to drive process improvement.
