Responsibilities
  • Administer and support bi-weekly payroll processing in coordination with the HR team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment standards and tax regulations
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records (new hires, role changes, terminations) in systems like ADP Workforce Now and SharePoint
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and orientation
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and changes
  • Generate routine HR and payroll reports to support internal needs
  • Occasionally support front desk coverage, such as greeting visitors and managing calls/emails
  • Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements across the organization
