ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Experience running monthly payroll and HMRC submissions.
  • Preferable MHR ITrent experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently.
  • Team player with a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

You will provide Payroll and HR administrative support throughout the whole employee lifecycle, including managing the attendance process, supporting our new starter onboarding process, compiling payroll data for Group. Supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, assisting with employee relations and providing support on employment policies and procedures.

MONTHLY TASKS:

  • Prepare payroll journals.
  • Monthly pension exports.
  • Collate overtime for payroll processing.
  • Collate site allowances for payroll processing.
  • Request dosimeter readings for over the barrier claims.
  • Monthly reporting for management meetings.
  • On-demand reports, e.g. overtime, salary and department spot checks
  • Support with starters and leavers in HR.
  • Dealing with day-to-day HR queries
  • Induction and onboarding support.
  • Implementing and managing HR policies.
  • Managing employee benefits.
  • Monitor sickness and absence and request doctors’ notes.
  • General HR & Payroll administration as required.
