Could you be the person we need?
This is a varied and interesting role based at our offices in Maidenhead. The Payroll & HR Advisor will support the HR & Recruitment Lead in providing advice and support to managers. Acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners when they have any HR-related questions or concerns. With responsibility for processing employee payroll and related administration, updating HR documents and staff records in the company HRIS ensuring legal compliance.

What you’ll be doing….
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED….
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, with experience in an HR advisory or Payroll administrative role. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organisation. IT literate, with exposure to HR management systems and payroll, excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. An understanding of basic employment law and HR best practices is required.
· excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail, be efficient, well-organised with good time management and planning skills.
· discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
· 2+ years working in HR, preferably in an SME.
· Payroll and HR Generalist experience essential
· Confident using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, SharePoint and MS PowerPoint
· Exposure to Payroll Software, BrightHR or other HRIS desirable.

This role is office based, in person, Mon - Fri at our Head Office in Maidenhead. This is a fixed term contract for 3 months.
