JOB PURPOSE
Process monthly payroll and benefits for all UK employees of JPGL UK Limited and Woodside UK Logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies, UK legal requirements and best practices.
Provide support to the UK HR Officer, generating new HR approaches and initiatives to improve employee engagement and operational effectiveness, within budgetary constraints.
Partner with the UK Operations management team, providing payroll advice and guidance to ensure Jersey Post UK becomes a great place to work for all employees.
Provide project support to the HR Team and wider Jersey Post Group.
