ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with experience in light manufacturing (ideally), particularly with OH&S and modern awards interpretation.
In this flexible, part-time role, you’ll manage HR functions, handle payroll, and support our ongoing growth. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, including the CEO, you’ll help shape and sustain our culture while ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.
The role offers room to take on additional responsibilities and can potentially grow into a full-time position.
