Management of Government Systems and Legal Regulations: Expert handling of platforms and regulations such as eSocial, eCAC, FGTS, CTPS, and DIRF, ensuring compliance with current legal and regulatory provisions. Generation, validation, and submission of reports and files required by Brazilian authorities. Execution of the complete payroll process, considering aspects such as retroactivity for dissidio and collective agreements, ensuring accurate calculations in compliance with labor agreements. Management of terminations related to dissidio, including final calculations and necessary adjustments in accordance with applicable legislation and collective agreements. Management of bank loans deducted in payroll installments, including calculations and reconciliations.
