We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive workplace where you can be your authentic self. We are currently looking for an HR Payroll Assistant to join our People Team in Barcelona. This is an internship role aimed at students currently pursuing a degree in Labour Relations, Law, or a similar field at a Catalan university. As an HR Payroll Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the Payroll and HR Administration area: Assist in preparing and verifying data for payroll processing. Review and update information related to absences, vacations, sick leaves, and other incidents. Manage employment documentation related to payroll (contracts, amendments, terminations). Support data reconciliation between internal systems and external providers. Handle payroll and benefits-related queries in line with internal procedures and applicable labour law. Collaborate on internal department projects as needed. What skills & experience will you bring to us? Currently studying Labour Relations, Law, or a similar degree at a Catalan university. If you are studying a master’s degree in this field, you are also welcome to apply, provided you hold a previous HR/Law degree from a Spanish university. Able to sign an internship agreement with your university. Living in Barcelona or within commuting distance. Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Able to maintain strict confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of labour law and payroll processes (desirable but not mandatory). Previous experience is a plus, but not required. What you do need is motivation and a willingness to learn quickly
