Responsibilities Participate in processing of regular ongoing payrolls for 5,000+ employees in the Americas Region. End to end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. Review, reconcile, and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement. Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor. Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness. Handle queries and investigate request in related to pay and statutory related matter. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve high quality outcomes and deliverables. Stay up to date on state and federal payroll and tax laws. Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Computer literate and knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications. A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. Strong sense of commitment and ability to meet tight deadlines.
