Responsibilities Address inquiries from designated regions regarding timekeeping and payroll via email or ticketing tools, ensuring professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. Leverage the company's knowledge base and resources to provide accurate and compliant information on timekeeping policies, procedures, and specifics, delivered promptly and accurately. Assist in resolving discrepancies by gathering and analyzing information, juggling multiple issues, and prioritizing urgent requests. Escalate complex or unresolved matters the appropriate stakeholders. Handle basic timekeeping and payroll requests following established procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Present monthly dashboards to regional Operations Managers, fostering transparency and communication. Generate reports and analyze data as needed, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. Contribute to the continuous improvement of services, identifying and proposing potential process optimizations. Provide flexible support to various ad-hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory). Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Embrace the ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies quickly, thriving in a dynamic environment. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective interactions. Possess a strong customer-focused mindset, comfortable working with diverse groups of individuals. Feel comfortable collaborating across various organizations, time zones, and diverse cultural backgrounds. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and seamlessly within a team environment. Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
