QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • HR/ Recruitment experience (preferred)
  • Payroll experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Relate positively and favorably to residents and families
  • Positive Can-Do Attitude
  • Excellent Attendance
