POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR / Payroll Coordinator to support the HR Department. This includes working with our payroll systems (Payworks) to create workflow optimization through form creation, performance management processes, and electronic document management. In addition, this role will assist in other HR duties such as talent acquisition, learning and development and corporate culture projects . The ideal candidate will be highly meticulous, with strong organizational skills and experience in Payworks or similar systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to Payworks or similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow and form creation within payroll or HRIS platforms.
  • Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a coordinator for Payworks, managing workflows, forms, and system settings.
  • Maintenance of goal-setting and performance management workflow within Payworks.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and streamline workflows and administrative processes, including Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Talent Acquisition.
  • Assist with confidential documents (writing and document management).
  • Assist in HR initiatives as needed, this includes training and development and corporate culture.
  • Generate reports and provide system insights to support decision-making.
