JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a HR & Payroll coordinator to work as part of our shared services Team. In this pivotal role, you will manage key HR and Time & Attendance (T&A) functions, ensuring our team members receive accurate and timely payments. You will also maintain essential employee data and provide expert advice on HR policies, contributing to a supportive workplace culture.
This role is based on our Croydon Site reporting to the Regional Team Manager. Weekly hours are 37.5 Monday to Friday with hybrid working (office working required at least 3 times per week).
Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 per annum.
