For the European HQ of a multinational company in Brussels, LegalUp Talents is looking for a HR Interim Manager with relevant experience Payroll, speaking very fluently English
The HR Interim Manager will work in the ‘Pay & Benefits Support Team’ of the company that consists of 3 permanent people & 12 external contractors, for Belgium (4 sites & 2.500 people) & Europe (15 countries & 600 people), and that is responsible of payroll delivery, working time & absence, insured benefits (pension/health/life), employee help desk, hiring & exit processes, social security, tax & legal compliance (audits, GDPR, SOX).
This mission is foreseen for at least 1 year, and requires full time or 80% working time, starting Mid-March 2025, with at least 2 days per week on-site.
