Job title: HR and Payroll Manager Contract: Permanent, 37 hours full year or Term Time Only plus 2 weeks Salary: Grade 14, SCP 34- 35 £43,693 to £44,711 [full year] pro rata for term time only [£38,375.39 to £39,269.50] N.B pay agreement pending. The HR and Payroll Manager will support the effective delivery of the HR function across our growing Catholic multi-academy Trust. As a key member of the central team, the post holder will act as a trusted partner to Line Managers, offering professional advice and support on a wide range of people-related matters. Working closely with the Director of HR, they will play an integral role in the continuous development of the HR service, ensuring consistent, high-quality support aligned with the Trust’s values and strategic objectives.
