We are hiring an HR & Payroll Manager at Entreflow Consulting Group! This role is unique in that you get the opportunity to make an impact internally at Entreflow as well as work with our fabulous clients and support them with their HR and Payroll needs. You will work with a fantastic team of payroll specialists, accountants and other professionals. This position will offer new challenges daily and allow you to flex your HR muscles. This is a maternity leave coverage for 14 months, with the possibility of a full-time role after. This is a remote position but we are only hiring candidates who currently live in Canada

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in a HR Manager position
  • 3+ years of experience in a payroll position
  • CPHR designation considered an asset
  • Degree in Business, major in accounting or HR
Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR needs of Entreflow i.e. professional development, grant applications, recruitment, conflict resolution, coaching managers, HR documentation
  • Support the payroll team ensuring compliance across all of our client files
  • Process the payroll for the organization
  • Support with the growth of the HR consulting and recruitment services
  • Support the team with miscellaneous payroll & HR ad-hoc tasks
  • Coordinate and plan team events, to maintain and improve team culture
