Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Payroll Manager to join our team. This critical role will oversee all aspects of human resources and payroll management, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while fostering a positive employee experience. You will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives that support our mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing for all employees. Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices that align with company objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and HR practices. Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies. Provide support to management and employees on HR-related issues. Continuously improve HR and payroll processes for efficiency. Prepare reports and metrics related to payroll and HR activities. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience with a strong background in payroll management. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Proficient in payroll software and HR management systems (Gusto, ADP, or similar). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
